Payments

We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

We offer $3 flat-rate First Class shipping on all standard orders through the Post Office. You should receive your order within 3-5 working days after it has shipped. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping at this time. 

Returns & Refunds Policy

Items are not returnable. If items are received damaged, we will replace or refund the items on a case-by-case basis. Please email a picture that clearly shows the damaged items to Jackie@floweringfieldsdesigns.com.
